Base Camp Altitude Training is a boutique altitude simulation training facility located in the Sutherland Shire within Gymea Allied Health Centre.

 

Our mission is to provide a clinical, high end and publicly accessible altitude simulation training facility for athletes of all levels, adventure tourists and trekkers and people looking to better their current health.

We are not a gym - we are an allied health centre filled with experienced and highly qualified allied health professionals who are passionate about helping you achieve your goals. We have created a facility that can comfortably allow up to 4 people to train in a simulated high altitude environment which is equipped with top of the line treadmills, bikes and a rower. The best part is that we have made this high end facility accessible and affordable so now every level of athlete and adventurer has the opportunity to perform at their peak!
