Your purpose is to reach new heights

Starting is easy!

1. Initial assessment

The first step to training at Base Camp is booking your initial assessment. Here we will discuss your goals, introduce you to the facility and perform a simple baseline test to make sure you can train safely. You can book your Base Camp initial assessment online by clicking the button above or by calling us on 9525 7200. Read more about the initial assessment on our FAQ page.

2. Select training plan

After your initial assessment you can select the training plan which will best help you reach your goals. We have a range of options to suit you when it comes to choosing your training plan. You can view our packages and pricing on our FAQ page. Once you have selected your training plan, all you need to do is book your time and equipment through our user friendly app or members portal and start training!

3. Reach new Heights

We want to see you achieve your goals. Training at Base Camp is self directed so you can fit altitude sessions into your own regime. We will discuss the best way for you to train during your initial assessment. To help reach your full potential we have a range of experienced allied health professionals under the same roof at Gymea Allied Health Centre. If you are looking for extra guidance with your training, we can also put you in contact with our network of professional coaching partners.
